The Airport Look!!

Why choose only comfort while travelling, when you can be stylishly comfy!

Most people, during travel prefer to be comfortable. Ofcourse, that is one thing we want after all that exhaustion from work! Then, Yes! why only choose comfort when you can be stylish and comfortable at the same time. 

This season is all about sneakers, specially completely white in color. So, try'em on with anything be it track pants, leggings, jeggings, yoga pants, denims or anything and you look no less than a celebrity! (Yes, that is true, mark my words!) And, baggy shirts look so cool and they are so much in trend, try them too on anything you like. In this, I wore a body hugging striped round neck t-shirt and semi-distressed denim jeans and covered up a bit with light olive colored (which is also so much in these days) baggy long button down shirt which actually looks like a Trench shirt and completed my look with the super cool and trendy white sneakers. You can also wear long shrugs at the place of shirts or jackets. And how do I forget, my all time favourite top-knot hairdo, they look super cool and stylish! Trust me, I felt myself a celebrity walking the Airport runway, afterall confidence matters!

So well, next time you travel, show the stylish, trendy and fashionable side of yours and win the day!! :)

The Summer Chic Look!!

When Delhi's summer got you all burning, cover yourself up with style! Yes, the summer's heat must have got you all burning specially at the day time, and who wants to get tanned ( Well, exceptions are always there! ). So, why not cover up a bit that too in style and elegance. I chose to wear a button down floral shirt ( and florals are not only our's but summer's favourite :D ) and paired it up with a striped palazzo pants. As usual like our forte, comfortable and chic. Add up a little accessory and yes, you are ready to go! You can try this look with Culottes too, they look super trendy and stylish.

And ofcourse, a top knot hairdo is definitely a thumbs-up in this scorching heat!!

P.s. - Do not forget to apply Sunscreen before stepping out!! :)

Fashion is about being comfortable yet "Chic" !!

Style (a)
I read this quote somewhere.."Fashion is what you buy, and style is what you do with it" ! How true is this. Style is something which can make you stand out from the crowd.

So I picked up these super smart and comfy (and so much in trend too) pants from Zara, believe my words these pants are super stylish and amazingly comfortable, comes in various sizes, I picked up a size larger than mine to give it a looser effect (baggy looks are so much in, and again so so much comfortable). And paired it up with our very own brand's hand painted oversized basic tee. Well, the tee is just the basic ones but I have knotted it up to make it look more stylish.
 I keep talking about comfort, so sneakers are like evergreens! :) Well, I forgot to tell you Ginghams are my favourite this season! Go for'em and let us know in comments below. :)

This is the second look from the same tee. Yup, its all about styling. One outfit can have various stylings and various looks. This one's more of an elegant and stately look. Well, it can still go from like morning till evening.

Pencil skirts are forever love. I can wear these to my brunches, official meetings as well as to the evening parties. This striped one's one of my favourite from H&M collections, elegant and stylish. And specially the front slit is so much sassy and chic! :) I paired it up with our hand painted oversized t-shirt and tucked it in for a sleeker look. And this season, you'll never go wrong with open toe stiletto heels, from morning till evening. Minimal makeup and this whole ensemble, so much trendsetting!! Get comfy yet "Chic" this season!!

So, this is our first post here. Why not to start with our very own creation. A basic slightly oversized logo tee by us "A&S by Akanksha & Shalini". This season is all about being comfortable but at the same time being a chic! A basic white tee and a mini monochrome bodycon skirt! Pair it up with the super comfy and trendy white sneakers and some statement earrings specially the so much in fringes ones! :) And how did I forget..my favourite oversized nerd glasses!
